CIPMM Partners With Canada School of Public Service

CIPMM is pleased to announce that we have partnered with the Canada School of Public Service to provide the M715 course to attendees of our Vancouver Regional Workshop. The course will be taking place on November 20-21, 2017 at the Library Square, 300 Georgia Street West, Suite 400, Vancouver, BC.

Disposal of Surplus Moveable Crown Assets and Investment Recovery (M715) will be offered adjacent to the November 22nd Vancouver Regional Workshop. Not only is this course one of the five that are required training for procurement and materiel management functional specialists, but it is also one of the courses required for certification under the Certification Program for the Federal Government Procurement and Materiel Management Communities.

Functional specialists in the fields of procurement, materiel management and real property (PMMRP) are expected to make informed and cost-effective decisions about asset reuse, relocation and disposal. This course presents a practical approach to the disposal of surplus moveable assets within the context of legal and policy constraints. Participants will become familiar with the established framework for developing investment recovery plans at the departmental level.

This course is in high demand in the region and priority will be given to participants of the CIPMM Regional Workshop. Register for the Workshop now and take advantage of the opportunity to attend not one, but two high-quality learning events! Once you are registered for the CIPMM regional workshop you will be able to register to the CSPS M715 course on November 20-21 online here!
