Message from the Workshop Committee Chair

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to welcome you to the 26th Annual Canadian Institute for Procurement and Materiel Management (CIPMM) National Workshop being held May 12 & 13, 2015 at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre.

The theme of this year’s National Workshop is “Managing Through Transition – Know Yourself”. Based on the overarching theme and pertinent sub-themes, the workshop promises to inspire, educate and enhance the wellbeing and management and technical skills of attendees.

The CIPMM Annual National Workshop has been and remains an important training and professional development event for those with public sector responsibilities for procurement and materiel management. It is also a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge transfer, obtain innovative ideas and network with peers and private sector suppliers/leaders as well as interact directly with public sector Procurement and Materiel Management Leaders.

As program content is confirmed it will be available on our website. Please check back frequently for updates as speakers and program content are finalized.

We encourage you to seek early approvals to attend CIPMM’s 26th National Workshop. We hope you will be able to attend the workshop which promises to be interesting and professionally enriching.
