Brenda Harlow
Team Leader with Procurement Services within the Finance and Procurement Branch at Natural Resources Canada

Mrs. Harlow has over thirty years of experience within the Federal Government. Mrs. Harlow work experiences in procurement including project-related roles were gained while working at PWGSC, Correctional Services Canada including the last five years within NRCan. Mrs. Harlow has worked in various levels of procurement from simple transactional requirements to supporting the first refresh of the TBIPS procurement vehicle. Mrs. Harlow provided training in procurement, SAP and as a "super user" including guidance for development of procedures. Currently, Mrs. Harlow participates in various Advisory Committees, takes on complex files and work on sensitive requirements including manages a team of Buyers that process various types of requirements up to the departmental limit of $2M.
